Return Policy
All website orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
To return an item, you will need an RMA (Return Authorization Number). We regret that we cannot accept returns without an RMA number.
Special orders, clearance items, and products that are opened, used, damaged, or missing all original accessories (e.g., screws, cables, adapters) will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Boneruy will have full authority to determine whether a return is possible and the specific terms of the return.
For custom orders due to errors by Boneruy or product quality issues, please contact a sales representative.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges, you must return the item to us within 30 days following the return process described above. If eligible, we will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes, but not the shipping costs. Afterward, you can simply purchase the items you wish to exchange.
