Local Pickup: 

We offer free local pickup service for customers in Shenzhen, China. You will receive an email notification after your order is completed, at which time you can pick it up. You must pick up your order within 7 business days. Any uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded.

Once your order has shipped, we’re always happy to help, but you have the same tracking information as we do. Please try to resolve issues with the carrier directly. If all else fails, please contact our support team directly for assistance.

Backorders

Inevitably, a certain percentage of orders for Boneruy's best-selling products will eventually become out-of-stock in the short term. This means the parts you ordered are currently out of stock and will need to be manufactured in our factory before they can be shipped. Our sales representative will confirm the out-of-stock status with you.
