Orders and Payments

We ship orders using the shipment method selected at checkout. You can find this information in your order confirmation email and in the “Track and Manage My Orders” section in the chat window.

A separate email with your tracking number will also be sent to the email address provided with your order.

We receive daily shipments from our manufacturer, and most backordered parts are received, processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. When the order has shipped you will be sent tracking information by email.

Orders are shipped after all backordered items have been received and will ship complete.

Boneruy accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Wire Transfer (T/T), and Alipay.

The standard processing time for all orders is typically 1–3 business days after placement, depending on product availability.

We process orders quickly, and the cancellation window is very short.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us through our sales representative account between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Once an order is submitted, we cannot make any changes.

If you need to modify your order details, please send an email to Boneruyliu@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order, or contact our sales representative as soon as possible so that we can cancel the order and allow you to reorder with the corrected information.

If you have received your order but find that one item is missing, please email boneruyliu@gmail.com or contact our sales representative between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM (Central Standard Time) Monday to Friday.

We are very sorry that you did not receive the expected item!

Please contact our sales representative and send us photos of the item and the accompanying packing slip.

We will submit this information to our team members for verification and send you the replacement item as soon as possible. We will contact you if necessary for more information.

If you are unable to track your order, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

Delayed Tracking Information: Sometimes, logistics carriers do not update tracking information immediately, especially during transit or before the package arrives at their warehouse for its first scan.

If your order still hasn’t shown any tracking information after 5 days, please contact our team for investigation.

Incorrect Tracking Number: Please carefully check the tracking number in your confirmation email to ensure it is entered correctly.

Order Processing: Your order may still be processing; the tracking number will be activated after the package is shipped.

Please note that estimated delivery time refers to the time it takes for the order to reach its destination after leaving our warehouse, not the order placement time. Delivery times are for reference only and cannot be guaranteed.

We only offer free domestic shipping! International shipping will incur applicable fees.

Shipping costs depend on several factors, including the items in your order, your final shipping address, and the delivery method you choose.

Before you complete checkout, you will see the available shipping options, the corresponding costs, and the estimated delivery time.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges, but you can return the original product within 30 days of purchase and receive a refund so you can purchase other products.

You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

We typically process your return within 5 business days of receiving it. You will receive a notification from our sales staff once processing is complete.

You can check the current status and location of your return at any time using the “View Return” button in your return confirmation email.

Furthermore, we will send you a confirmation email immediately upon receiving your returned item!

Yes, Boneruy offers a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on all phone holders and car mounts.

We pride ourselves on superior quality, but if your holder or car mount is indeed damaged, please send photos of the damaged item to boneruyliu@gmail.com, and our team will be happy to assist you!
